Advance payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise agreed.
Kaims IT Services retains ownership of proprietary frameworks, tools, libraries, and reusable components.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:

Review deliverables promptly.
Obtain necessary permissions for content provided to us.
7. Support and Maintenance
Support services are provided according to the selected support package or AMC agreement.
Additional work outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.
8. Limitation of Liability
Kaims IT Services shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.
9. Website and Hosting
If hosting services are provided:
Clients are responsible for maintaining legal website content.
We reserve the right to suspend services for unlawful activities.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to unauthorized third parties.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Outstanding payments remain payable after termination.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the client's or company's operating location as applicable.
